When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched the next business day. Personalised items may take slightly longer. Once dispatched:

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express shipping: 2-3 business days
• Priority shipping: 1-2 business days

You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Where's the rest of my order?

Check inside larger items—smaller bags are often nested inside. If items are still missing, contact us and we'll resolve it.

What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

All Valet orders include Premium Package Protection by default, safeguarding against loss or damage. If you opt out at checkout, standard carrier coverage applies. Should something go wrong, our concierge will assist with a replacement or resolution.
