Items can be returned within 100 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method after inspection.

Submit a request with photos showing the item's condition. Our concierge will provide a prepaid return label.
Set & Promotional Returns
Discounts from Set & Save offers are split across items. Refunds reflect the item's listed price from your order.
Policy Change (from 24 Sept 2024)
Returns now incur a 10% fee, deducted from the refund. One-time free exchanges are available within the contiguous US.
